Maddie on Ice

We went to a birthday party at "Uncle" Ted and "Aunt" Dawn's house for Tyler's birthday last weekend, and they had a HUGE ice rink in the backyard! So Maddie had her first ice skating experience which we captured on video. By the end of the day, she was in love with the ice and was skating around, lifting her little feet (with Daddy's help, of course).

Maddie loves her horse, which we call Chester, that was a birthday gift from a long-time friend Evy and her family...

Cousin Justin spent the weekend with us while Daddy was in Vegas. Here we enjoy dessert at Chilis.

Water Park Weekend

We went to the Wisconsin Dells and stayed at Glacier Canyon in the Wilderness Territory last weekend. Four couples went, for a total of 9 adults and 5 kids. We had a blast! We got two three-bedroom condos next door to each other, each with a kitchen and living room, and plenty of space for all of us to hang out. Maddie's first words each morning were "Water park?" She never got fully comfortable with playing in the water, but she made progress. Here are some pictures from the last day:
